almost everything - sepik spa : def is the best spa in Bandung for hotel. Clean, skillful, respect individual and not letting the customer walk around the room nakedly just because everyone is lady. - swimming pool : clean and not crowded - fish pond: can feed Koi fish - polaroid photo : taken by Staff with handmade card - MINI BAR IS THE BEST! SUPER LOVE THE COFFEE DRIP AND CAPSULE!! not to mention, the tea is tea leaf itself and not just normal tea bag!! the snacks and drinks in the fridge is absolutely the best! the milk i use to add into coffee capsule!

Beautiful and modern hotel with touches of minimalism and brutalist architectural style. Spacious lobby and room. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I also appreciate the complimentary mini-bar. Incredible views all round and I absolutely love the nature around the property. Very friendly and warm staff and excellent breakfast. Wonderful spa and therapists, although I had some communication issues with making a reservation before I arrived. Would definitely come back again when I'm in Bandung next time!

During our recent family trip to Bandung, we stayed at the Gaia Hotel, located in the picturesque northern part of the city. Its proximity to popular attractions like Farmhouse Susu Lembang and Lapinea Café & Resto made it an excellent base for exploring the area. The hotel is a haven for families, especially with its children-friendly amenities. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the shallow pool, and the highlight for them was feeding the big, colourful koi in the hotel's pond – a delightful activity with complimentary fish food provided. Though we didn’t have time to explore the gym or the small bouldering wall, these added touches are great for those seeking a bit of activity. The property also features an amphitheatre and three greenhouses, which offer a unique and relaxing experience. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast at the Semeja restaurant was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options that were both delicious and filling. Overall, Gaia Hotel is a fantastic choice for families looking for a relaxing and well-located retreat in Bandung, with room for improvement in its dining options.

Unique design of wood integrated with natural surroundings, makes it outstandingly exquisite. Keeping the nature i.e. perching over a valley below and forest at the front. Every corner is well designed, the design of the chapel, every cafe and restaurant and bedrooms. The food at Semeja is superb, fresh, delicious, keeping traditional taste. It is a family friendly hotel with many activities for kids and accommodates wheelchaired guests. The breakfast buffet is generous, with multiple options from traditional Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese and European cuisine served. They are all fresh and delicious! I love that they served local jamu and ketan bakar.

Exceptional staff. For every touch point of the hotel, the staff were constantly greeting guests with a smile & serving them to the best of their ability. Overall, it was a very hospitable hotel due to the staff.

I had an amazing experience at The Gaia Hotel Bandung. The hotel is spacious, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The facilities are top-notch, with everything from great breakfast to infinity pool making it perfect for both relaxation and activities. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

The view is very wonderful and the place is charming, beautifully designed, elegant and luxurious. There is a variety of coffee types in the bar, and this is wonderful. I asked them to serve breakfast in the room and they agreed to this, not every hotel accepts this and this is great of them You can relax in the hotel and not leave it. The swimming areas and activities are varied and wonderful.

There were many amenities, facilities and programs.rooms were clean too..The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Hanny and Dion who went out of the way to help us.
